So I took this B&W background photo the other morning on my iPhone 6 using the free app Lenka. I played around with the Lenka settings so the original photo was blurred and grainy when I took it. I extracted the girl from another photo and placed her on the BG and also added the wolf. I then changed them to blend in more with the original photo - blur and grain. I added fog and mist, some light beams, a slight vignette and a couple textures. Finishing up with a brightness/ contrast adjustment layer.
