Textures (I used three), grasses, sea gulls and bird brushes - all my collection. This is probably my last image for 2014 - looking forward to creating some new and exciting things in the coming year.

All will be done in the same format. I loved the bows on her dress and her red hair - I decided to give her wings!
This is the beginning of a new series called The Queens. I am going to do everyone in the same format. I have four completed so far and am really having fun with these. Something different for me and just maybe a little artistic growth too.
This is the image number 8 in my series Outside/Inside - using exterior and interior backgrounds and vintage extracts. I want them to look like they were actual photos. I am going to reuse a lot of the elements in each image - I want to tie them together by subject, repeated objects and vintage coloring.

Background - I made the background from three different photos I took at Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania this past Thursday.
The staircase was in a decorated house display The Christmas tree was one of many decorated by children The poinsettias were from an outside display
I also used two textures from my collection and lots of masking and blending modes. A friend suggest I make some Christmas images - I much prefer Halloween!!!!!
